[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nLANCASHIRE HOLDINGS LIMITED\n\n12 March 2019\n\nHamilton, Bermuda\n\nNotice of 2019 AGM and Publication of 2018 Annual Report\n\nLancashire Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 1 May 2019 commencing at 12:30pm (Bermuda time) at its head office, Power House, 7 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda. For the convenience of the Company’s European shareholders, they may attend the AGM via a video link at the Lancashire Group’s London office, Level 29, 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3BY, on 1 May 2019 at 4:30pm (UK time). Shareholders entered on the register of members at close of business on 29 March 2019 (the “Record Date”) will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy).
