(SPX) is\npleased to announce the acquisition of 100% interest in 95 Claims covering\n1,520 hectares located in the North Western Quebec's Urban and Barry\ntownships. The 95 claims property is located 100 kilometres east of Lebel Sur\nQuevillon where significant results has been obtained by Noront Resources\n(NOT) recently. In December 1, 2006, Noront announced the results of three\ngold assays testing 1792.9 g/t, 800.1 g/t and 1327.9 g/t Au over 4.8 meters.\n\n\nThis area is well known for its gold potential, and the company is very\npleased with this acquisition adding another attractive property to its\nportfolio. The company is earning 100% interest in the 95 claims by paying\n$25,000 and issuing 500,000 shares of the company to a prospector.\n\n\nStellar-Urban property:\n\n\nFurthermore, the company has completed the ground magnetic survey on its\nStellar-Urban property which revealed a moderate to strong magnetic relief\ndominated by the presence of several narrow E.NE-W.SW to E-W zones of magnetic\nhigh of 500 to 2 500 nT likely criss-crossed by several interpreted structural\nlineaments.(Pierre Boileau Eng report dated September 2007).\n\n\nStellar-Heva property:\n\n\nThe company is very pleased with the announcement made by Vantex\nResources inc (VTX) and Aurizon Mines Ltd (ARZ) in which Aurizon Mines intent\nto acquire Vantex's 75% interest in Heva property (See press release dated\nSeptember 13, 2007).
