MONTREAL, June 23 /CNW Telbec/ - Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc has concluded an agreement with Vantex Resources Inc (VTX) in witch the company has the option to acquire 50% interest in Heva gold mine property located 20 kilometers east of Rouyn Noranda. This property consists of two lots covering 200 acres in the Joannes Township. In order to acquire 50% interest, Stellar Pacific Venture Inc will issue to the vendor 500,000 common shares of the company and make exploration work for $500,000 on two years period. The Heva mine property is accessible by provincial road 117 and located near the Cadillac fault, a major fault associated with many gold mines in this area, Doyon, La Ronde and Lapa. The Heva gold mine property has gold resources accessible by a 243 meters vertical shaft built in 1987 with more than 1,000 meters of galleries. The property contains the Heva deposit estimated by Claude Larouche, BSc, MSc, Eng, (1985 GM-4786) independent consultant for New Goldcore Ventures and Amberquest Resources Ltd., at an undiluted 757,013 tons grading 6.77 grams per ton Au classified as drill-indicated resources as they were calculated with an isovalue method. Detailed resource estimates and reports on exploration activities were filed by the concerned companies and are available at the MinistGere des Ressources Naturelles du QuDebec for consultation. The above estimate represents historical data as defined by National Instrument 43-101, meaning that they were calculated before creation of National Instrument 43-101. The application of National Instrument 43-101 will serve as a resource evaluation tool. The company does not guarantee in any way to the investor that this property will be put into production. For now, company's management has to rely on the historical data but Stellar has not done the work necessary to verify the classification of the resource and is not treating them as a National Instrument 43-101 defined resources or reserve verified by a qualified person and these historical estimates should not be relied upon. Ore material previously processed from Heva mine property has demonstrated that this deposit does not have problems related to the presence of arsenopyrite and has gold recovery rate of 97% by cyanide process. In 1952, 35,700 tons grading 6.93 grams per ton has been milled. Following a disagreement, the project was abandoned until 1978. From 1978 to 1987 Soquem, Goldcore Ventures and Amberquest resources had done some work on the property such as drilling and the vertical shaft and galleries. The drilling done on this property shows a very interesting gold potential. Most of the drill holes were done less than 400 meters deep; one of the drill holes located under the main deposit at 395 meters deep, has intersected a porphyric sill containing quartz phennocrystals and feldspath and returned grades of 8.38 grams per ton in the two last meters. The Heva mine property fits perfectly into our strategic development plan in QuDebec which is to acquire and develop properties at different levels of development. After completing its option, Stellar will form a Joint Venture company with Vantex Resources inc in order to bring into production the Heva mine property. Stellar Pacific Venture Inc. is a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX-V whose primary objective is to develop and bring into production viable gold deposits.
