(TSXV: SPX) (the “Company” or “Stellar”) is\npleased to report the successful completion of a community relations\noutreach mission and an initial geological reconnaissance within its\n \n\n\n\n Zuénoula\n \n\n permit in Côte d’Ivoire\nwhich confirmed the presence of multiple promising indicators of gold\nprospectivity including artisanal mining sites, quartz veins and\n \n\n termite mounds\n \n\n containing\ntraces of gold.\n \n\n\n\n The reconnaissance mission provided valuable insights\ninto the geological potential of the\n \n\n Zuénoula\npermit\n \n\n , with the following key findings:\n \n\n\n\n 1.\n \n\n Confirmation of Artisanal Mining\nActivity\n \n\n\n\n The team identified several artisanal mining sites,\nespecially near Boaka and Kavaka, primarily along the Marahoué and\nBéré rivers. Evidence of both historical and recently active\nartisanal gold extraction in these zones are encouraging indicators\nfor the discovery of more extensive gold mineralization within the\n \n\n Zuénoula Permit\n \n\n . See\nFigure 1 below.\n \n\n\n\n 2.\n \n\n Identification of Extensive Quartz\nVeins\n \n\n\n\n The reconnaissance team mapped numerous quartz veins\nacross the\n \n\n Zuénoula\n \n\n permit, an indicator of the potential for hosting gold mineralization.\nThese veins range from 20 cm to multiple meters in thickness and show\norientations favorable for gold deposition, particularly along the\ndominant N040 structural trend. Notably, these quartz formations,\nprimarily white with oxide traces, show signs of hydrothermal\nalteration, a feature commonly associated with gold-bearing minerals.\nRandom grab sampling has returned encouraging gold traces up to 7 ppb,\nreinforcing the gold potential of the\n \n\n Zuénoula\n \n\n permit area.\n \n\n\n\n These findings, in combination with the surrounding\ngeological context, underscore the\n \n\n Zuénoula\n \n\n permit’s promising\npotential for gold deposit discovery.\n \n\n\n\n Figure 1\n \n\n :\n \n\n Artisanal areas observed\nduring...
