(TSX-V: SPX) (\"Stellar\" or the\n\"Company\") is pleased to provide updates on its Tichka Est\nGold Project in Morocco and its Zuénoula Gold Project in\n \n\n Côte d’Ivoire\n \n\n .\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Tichka\nEst Gold Project – Morocco\n \n\n\n\n All exploration activities at the Tichka Est Gold\nProject are proceeding as planned. All activities are on schedule and\non budget.\n \n\n\n\n Stellar has an ongoing mapping, prospecting and\nsampling program focussed initially at the region of the Zone B gold\ndiscovery and thereafter expanding to the other regions of the Tichka\nExt permits group.\n \n\n\n\n Infrastructure improvements are ahead of schedule.\nRehabilitation of the Company’s 8.5-kilometer access road from the\n2,000-meter starting point to the 2,500-meter level of Structure B is\ncomplete. Additional new road works to other areas of interest across\nthe permit area has commenced.\n \n\n\n\n Once access road construction is substantially advanced\nthe heavy equipment on site will be redirected to additional\nmechanical trenching across known and projected areas of\nmineralization.\n \n\n\n\n Stellar is particularly pleased to welcome to the team\nconsulting structural geologist David Selley of Base Instinct\nGeological Consultants who commenced on-site work at Tichka Ext May 4,\n2025. Dr. Selly is conducting an in-depth structural assessment of\nTichka Est’s known mineralized zones particularly focusing on\nStructure B zone.
