(“Stellar” or the\n“Company”) is provides the following update on the exploration and\ndrilling program at Tichka Est Gold Project in the High Atlas of\nMorocco.\n\n\n1.\nDrilling Program Progress\n\n\nSummary of drilling progress to\nDecember 12, 2025:\n\n\n\n\n8 diamond drill holes completed, totaling 1,311.9\nMetres. \n\n\n\nAverage drilling rate of 11 meters per operating\nday. \n\n\n\nSince December 12, 2025, drilling operations have been\nsuspended due to exceptional inclement weather conditions, including\nheavy rains and repeated snowfalls in the area of the\nproject. \n\n\n\n\n\nClick Image To View Full Size\n\n \n\nStatus of drill holes:\n\n\n\n\n5 drill holes have been fully sampled and assayed,\nincluding TCK1 (See news release October 2,\n2025 for details of TCK1 assay results),\nwhich intersected multiple gold-bearing\nintervals (13 meters of 6.12\ng/t Au including 2 meters of 22.28 g/t Au, and16 meters of\n1.98 g/t Au including 1 meter of 11.55 g/t Au) \n\n\n\nAssay results are being reviewed\nand analyzed. \n\n\n\n1 drill hole has been sampled and is currently at\nAfrilab, an ISO-certified laboratory in Marrakech, for\nanalysis. \n\n\n\nCores from 2 drill holes are pending transport from\nTichka Est project site to Afrilab for analysis. \n\n\n\n2 final drill holes remain to be drilled which will\ncomplete the planned 1,500 meters drill program. \n\n\n\n\nAll pending assays results will be released once they\nare received, validated, compiled, analyzed and integrated into the\ngeological working model.\n\n\nAbout the weather-related\ndelay.\n\n\n\nClick Image To View Full Size\n\n \n\nNotwithstanding the 2,500 meters elevation of the\nTichka Est Gold Project, these adverse weather conditions over this\nlength of time are relatively unusual events for this area of Morocco.\nHowever, the significant rains and snow have impaired access to the\nTichka Est project site and infrastructure, specifically:\n\n\n•        Access roads to the drill site have been\ndegraded and rendered impassable interrupting safe access for\npersonnel, equi...
