(TSXV: SPX) (the\n“\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ” or “\n \n \n Stellar\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n announces\nthat it has been granted the Zuénoula Gold exploration permit in\nCôte d’Ivoire\n \n \n \n \n The Zuénoula Gold Permit, Côte\nd’Ivoire\n \n \n \n \n The Zuénoula permit was officially granted in the\nministerial meeting held April 17, 2024 and pursuant to normal\nprocedures was publicly announced on nationally televised broadcast.\nStellar is awaiting final documentation which will follow the issuance\nof a presidential decree. The highly prospective Zuénoula Gold\nexploration permit was acquired November 27, 2020 as a then\n‘pending’ permit application (\n \n \n see news releases dated June 29, 2020,\nNovember 27, 2020 and February 6, 2023)\n \n \n and\nStellar has steadfastly pursued its final issuance.\n \n \n \n \n The final 250,000 shares owed to\n \n \n TSX\n \n \n -V listed\n \n \n \n \n Elemental Altus Royalties Corp.,\n \n \n which was contingent upon final granting of the\npermit, have been issued and will be released to Elemental Altus\nRoyalties Corp. as soon as the final documentation for the permit\ngrant is received. The permit is subject to a 1% Net Smelter Return\nRoyalty and a final payment of $500,000 (payable  either in cash or\nwith shares) upon the project reaching 1,000,000 ounces of gold\nresources with at least 500,000 ounces in the Indicated category, both\nbeing in favour of Elemental Altus Royalties Corp.\n \n \n \n \n The Zuénoula Gold exploration permit, which covers a\ntotal of 395.8 square kilometers, is located in the margin between\ngranitoids and the Birimian greenstone belt along a regional NE–SW\ntrending shear zone.
