Raymond Berube named to Stellar's board of directors

He holds a law degree from Laval University, where he\nis currently completing his Master's. Mr. Berube was called to the Quebec bar\nin 1982, and has been a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources\nhumaines et en relation industrielles agrees du Quebec since 1981.\n\n\nMost of Mr. Berube's practice deals with labour relations and labour law.\nHe lectured at Laval University's Faculty of Law for 12 years, and is founder\nand senior partner in the Quebec City-based firm Reinhardt, Berube Avocats.\n\n\nMr. Berube's membership on the board will be a significant asset for the\ncompany, in particular with respect to the implementation of its corporate\ndevelopment strategy. He will also chair the company's audit committee.\n\n\nOn February 13, 2008, the company's board of directors agreed to offer\nMr. Berube 150,000 stock options, under the company's option plan, at an\nexercise price of $0.15, valid for a period of five years.\n\n\nThe company is also announcing the resignation of Mr. Bertrand Dufour\nfrom the board and the audit committee.
