Clarifications on news release dated May, 03 2005

LAVAL, May 4 /CNW Telbec/ - The Company wish to bring the following
clarifications to press releases issued previously on April 28, 2004 and
May 03, 2005 on Joint Venture project in China.
The term of joint venture should have been mentioned as follow:
Stellar could gain an interest of 70% in the Sino Joint Venture by
investing 1,55 million dollars us during a period of 18 months and paying to
Guan's enterprise 70,000 us and issuing 1,5 millions shares of its capital.
The company retracts the resources estimate, evaluated and prepared by
Chinese geologists because it does not comply with requirements of NI 43-101.
Investors are cautioned from relying on that resources estimate and should no
be considered.
The qualified person responsible for preparation of the technical report
on press release dated April 28, 2004 should have read M. Jacques Marchand
(Ing Geo).
