Boris Ziger to join board of Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc.

LAVAL, QC, Aug. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc. is very
please to announced that Mr. Boris Ziger has accepted to join the board of
directors of Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc.
Mr. Ziger is well known in the financial community having worked in both
the banking and investment industries. He will certainly be a major actor in
Stellar's visibility and development in the great Toronto area. His knowledge
of finance will be a great asset to the company both in the capital markets
and in the evaluation of new projects.
Mr. Boris Ziger has earned a Master of Business Administration degree
from the Odette School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics and Psychology from York University.
Since 1993, Mr. Boris Ziger has acquired a significant amount of
experience in public relations, having worked as a Senior Account Executive
and Senior Investment Advisor in the Investment industry.
Mr Ziger has been involved in the company's development as Corporate
Development Advisor since November 2004.
Mr. Ziger is replacing Mr. Shaun Maskerine who has resigned from the
board of director to focus on his professional activities. The company thanks
Mr. Maskerine for the several years spent on Stellar board of directors as
President, Vice President and Director and wish him the best success on his
futures activities.
