[{"type":"text","content":"Lake Winn Announces Proposed Engagement of Consultant for Marketing Activities\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vancouver, British Columbia –\n \n \n TheNewswire -\n \n \n June 3, 2023 – Lake Winn Resources\nCorp.\n \n \n (TSXV:LWR\n \n \n )\n \n \n ,\n \n \n (\n \n \n OTC:EQTXF) (the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”) is pleased to announce that it has\nentered into a Digital Marketing Services Agreement\n \n \n (the “\n \n \n Agreement\n \n \n ”) with First Phase Media Inc.\n(“\n \n \n First Phase\n \n \n ”) to carry out certain digital marketing services on\nbehalf of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement,\nFirst Phase will provide certain digital marketing services (the\n“\n \n \n Services\n \n \n ”) to the Company for a term of approximately 2 months\n \n \n (the “\n \n \n Term\n \n \n ”), beginning on or about June 1, 2023.\nThe term is expected to end on or about August 1, 2023. The Services\nwill include, among other things, an omni-present digital advertising\nstrategy and the creation of a short form video.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with the\nterms of the Agreement, the Company will pay First Phase CAD$30,000\nplus applicable taxes as consideration for the Services. First Phase\nhas not been compensated in any other manner, and no securities have\nbeen issued in connection with the Agreement.
