(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on its outstanding common stock on January 27, 2025. The dividend is expected to be paid on February 14, 2025 to stockholders of record as of February 10, 2025. The Company received the written approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (the “Reserve Bank”) on January 9, 2025 to pay a cash dividend of $0.18 per share to its stockholders.
