(Toronto Time) at Gardiner Roberts LLP, Bay Adelaide Centre, East Tower, 22 Adelaide Street West, Suite 3600, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 4E3 (the “Meeting”). A total of 83,756,898 Common Shares of the Corporation (“Common Shares”) representing 49.27% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as of the record date for the Meeting (January 15, 2026), were represented at the Meeting.
