The company will, via a Plan of Arrangement, be\n acquired by Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (TSX:GTE).\n- The shares of Infinity Alliance Ventures Inc. (TSXVN:TCF) will trade\n under the new name CBM Asia Development Corp. The new CUSIP number\n will be 1248XC 10 1.
