[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nCALGARY, Dec. 7 /CNW/ - Solana Resources Limited (TSX-V: SOR; AIM: SORL),\n(formerly Adulis Resources Inc.), the Colombian focused independent oil and\ngas exploration and production company, is pleased to announce that it has\ngraduated to Tier 1 of the TSX Venture Exchange effective Wednesday,\nDecember 7, 2005.\nSolana also announces that it has entered into a drilling services\nagreement with a local Colombian company pursuant to which it has secured the\nrights to drilling services during the two year period ending November 2007.\nUnder this agreement, Solana has prepaid for drilling services, an amount of\nUS $1.5 million, and also acquired the right to purchase a 50% interest in the\nservice provider's equipment during the period ending April 11, 2006.\nSolana anticipates that this agreement will facilitate the Company\ncomplying with all of its drilling obligations for the calendar years of 2006\nand 2007.\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy\nor accuracy of this release.\n\n\n","length":1101,"tagName":"div"}]
