(“KRTL MedHealth” or “MedHealth”), a\r\nhealthcare-focused company designed to support independent providers through\r\nrevenue optimization, credentialing infrastructure, and affiliated medical\r\ngroup development. KRTL MedHealth is intended to address common operational\r\nchallenges in healthcare, including credentialing delays, fragmented billing\r\nprocesses, and limited visibility into financial performance.\r\nKRTL MedHealth is being developed as\r\nboth an operational platform and a medical group support model. As part of this\r\nstructure, the Company intends to enter into arrangements with licensed\r\nphysicians who may provide administrative oversight, or consulting services, subject to applicable agreements,\r\ncredentialing, and regulatory requirements. These services are designed to\r\nsupport provider operations while maintaining the independence of clinical\r\ndecision-making. The Company noted that initial physician onboarding is\r\nunderway, with two affiliated physicians currently in the credentialing process\r\nwho are expected to support both medical director services and consulting\r\nactivities, subject to completion of applicable requirements.\r\nThe Company stated that KRTL\r\nMedHealth will operate through a structured consulting and implementation model\r\nsupported by its internally developed MedHealth OS, a platform designed to\r\ntrack credentialing, manage workflows, and monitor revenue performance.\r\nServices may include revenue cycle optimization, payer enrollment support,\r\ncentralized business office functions, SOP development, and performance\r\nreporting.\r\nKRTL MedHealth expects to generate\r\nrevenue through consulting and implementation fees, administrative service\r\nagreements, and other commercially reasonable service arrangements, in each\r\ncase subject to applicable healthcare regulatory requirements. \r\nTeresa Wheeler, Chief Executive\r\nOfficer of KRTL MedHealth Corp., stated, “KRTL MedHealth is built to address\r\nthe operational gaps that impact provider performance, from credentialing\r\ndelays to revenue leakage.
