KRTL Holding Group, Inc. (“KRTL Holding” or the “Company”) announced today that its subsidiary, KRTL Biotech Inc. (“KRTL Biotech”), has entered into a strategic partnership with Aura Nootropics, Inc. (“AURA”), marking the next phase in the Company’s ongoing methylene blue initiative.
Building on the Parties’ initial collaboration, the newly executed agreements establish a formal framework for the development, commercialization, and international expansion of consumer products incorporating methylene blue (“MB Products”), beginning in Thailand.
The partnership is structured through a coordinated equity and collaboration framework, under which KRTL Biotech will obtain a minority ownership position in AURA while also participating as a strategic partner in advancing MB Products. The agreements are intended to align long-term interests and establish a scalable foundation for continued development.
This development represents a continuation of the Company’s previously announced methylene blue initiative, as KRTL Biotech advances from initial collaboration efforts into a formalized partnership and defined pathway toward potential product development and commercialization.
Through this partnership, the Parties are moving forward with a more structured approach to evaluating product opportunities, combining KRTL Biotech’s access to a proprietary methylene blue formulation and regulatory positioning with AURA’s established network in Thailand and experience in product development, branding, and market access.
The Company indicated that initial efforts are expected to begin in Thailand, serving as a strategic entry point for MB Product development and commercialization, with broader regional opportunities to be evaluated as the collaboration progresses.
Leadership of KRTL Biotech Inc. stated, “This partnership represents a natural progression in advancing our methylene blue platform. By formalizing our relationship with AURA through both equity participation and a structured collaboration framework, we are creating a disciplined process to evaluate product concepts, regulatory requirements, and potential commercial opportunities in selected international markets. ”
KRTL Holding stated that this milestone reflects continued execution of its broader strategy to align its scientific capabilities with scalable commercial platforms across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and emerging consumer health sectors. Any products developed under the partnership would be subject to applicable regulatory, formulation, labeling, import/export, and commercialization requirements in the relevant jurisdictions.
