Kropz PLC announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2025, were duly passed. The company intends to hold a separate general meeting following the announcement on September 4, 2025, to propose a resolution to receive and adopt the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, which were published on September 26, 2025.
