[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 20 July 2022\n \n \n \n Kropz Plc\n \n \n \n(\"Kropz\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n Notice of Director Resignation\n \n \n \n \n Mark Summers to step down at the end of 2022\n \n \n \n Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, announces that Mark Summers, Chief Executive Officer (\"CEO\") has decided to stand down as CEO and Executive Director of the Company at the end of 2022. The Board has commenced a process with a view to appointing a new CEO. Mark will continue to work with the Kropz team and his replacement, once appointed, to ensure an orderly hand over and that the day-to-day activities of the business continues.\n \n \n \n \n \n Further announcements will be made as the CEO process progresses.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Lord Robin William Renwick of Clifton, Non-Executive Chairman of Kropz, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \"\n \n Both I and the Board have been extremely grateful to Mark for his excellent service to the Company over the past several years.\n \n \"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mark Summers, commented:\n \n \n \"We have achieved a great deal since I joined in 2015.
