[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n7 June 2023\nKropz Plc\n(\"Kropz\" or the \"Company\")\nNotice of Annual General Meeting\n \nKropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African producer and developer of plant nutrient feed minerals, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at the offices of Memery Crystal at 165 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2DY on 30 June 2023 at 1:00 pm. The full Notice of Annual General Meeting (the \"Notice\") will be posted to shareholders today.\nIt should, however, be noted that completion of the audit of the 31 December 2022 Financial Statements and Annual Report (the \"2022 Accounts\") is currently in progress and, it has not been possible to publish these prior to the issue of this Notice and therefore no resolution to receive and adopt the 2022 Accounts is being proposed.
