Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain. \n \n \n \n \n \n 7 June 2021 \n \n \n Kropz Plc\n \n \n (\"Kropz\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of Annual General Meeting and Corporate Update\n \n \n \n \n \n Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African producer of plant nutrient feed minerals, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP at 165 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2DY on 30 June 2021 at 1:00pm. The full Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today.\n \n \n \n \n \n It should, however, be noted that with the delay in the completion of the audit of the 31 December 2020 Financial Statements and Annual Report (the \"2020 Accounts\"), it has not been possible to publish the 2020 Accounts prior to issuing this Notice and therefore no resolution to receive and adopt the 2020 Accounts is being proposed. The Company expects to be publishing its 2020 Accounts by 30 June.\n \n \n Following the publication of the 2020 Accounts, a separate meeting will be held later in the year at which such a resolution will be proposed.\n \n \n The Company also wishes to advise that as per its convertible equity facilities with ARC Fund (\"ARC\"), the Company's major shareholder, Kropz will not be drawing down its quarterly payments on 10 June 2021.
