Notice of AGM

4 September 2025

Kropz Plc

("Kropz" or the "Company")

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at WeWork, Ground Floor, 26 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8BR on 29 September 2025 at 1:00 p.m. The full Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") will be available on the Company's website www.kropz.com and shareholders are being notified today.

It should, however, be noted that completion of the audit of the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025 (the "2025 Accounts") is currently in progress and it has not been possible to publish these prior to the issue of this Notice. Therefore no resolution to receive and adopt the 2025 Accounts is being proposed at the AGM.

The Company expects to publish its 2025 Accounts by no later than 30 September 2025. Following the publication of the 2025 Accounts, a separate general meeting will be held later in the year at which such a resolution will be proposed.
