Change of Accounting Reference Date

 

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announces that the Company is changing its accounting reference date from 31 December to 31 March with immediate effect. Accordingly, its current accounting period, which commenced on 1 January 2023, will now end on 31 March 2024.

 

As a result of this change, the Company's forthcoming financial reporting calendar will be as follows:

 

·     announcement of unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 December 2023, by no later than 31 March 2024;

 

·     publication of audited accounts for the fifteen months to 31 March 2024, by no later than 30 September 2024; and

 

·      announcement of unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 September 2024, by no later than 31 December 2024.
