This milestone now begins the task of providing cutting-edge facility improvements. These improvements have started and are scheduled to be completed by December 31st 2021. The acquisition includes a turnkey electronics manufacturing facility with on-site robotic assembly equipment and 85,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space on a 10-acre campus positioned on the West Virginia and Ohio border.  \"This acquisition will become the foundational cornerstone of the three strategic initiatives driving the future of our company: Transition to America (reshoring of our supply chain), Design For Excellence (globally dominate designed products), and Touchless Manufacturing (Industry 4.0 manufacturing processes)\", said Joseph Florence, CTO, COO. \"We will bring jobs to the Parkersburg, West Virginia, Mid-Ohio Valley area. We plan to employ 300 people at this new facility. The MSA of Parkersburg, West Virginia, consists of Parkersburg and Vienna, West Virginia, and Marietta, Ohio, and has a population of 160,000 people.
