[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n KRM22 plc\n \n \n \n \n (\"KRM22\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n Issue of Options\n \n \n \n \n \n \n KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announces the issue of a total of 300,000 options (\"Options\") to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") to employees of the Group and Kim Suter, CFO of the Company, under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan.\n \n \n \n \n \n Of the total of 300,000 Options issued, Kim Suter has been issued 100,000 Options on the same terms as all other employees. Following this issue, Kim Suter will have 471,466 Options over Ordinary Shares representing 1.32% of the current issued share capital of the Company. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Options vest over a three year period and are exercisable at 63 pence provided that the share price has increased by 5% per year, compounded, during the vesting period.
