(NASDAQ: DNUT) (“Krispy Kreme”, “KKI”, or the “Company”) today reported financial results for the quarter ended March 30, 2025.\n\nFirst Quarter Highlights (vs Q1 2024)\n\n\nNet revenue of $375.2 million\n\n\nOrganic revenue declined 1.0% to $374.7 million\n\n\nGAAP net loss of $33.4 million\n\n\nAdjusted EBITDA of $24.0 million\n\n\nGAAP cash used for operating activities of $20.8 million\n\n\nGlobal Points of Access (“POA”) increased 3,168, or 21.4%, to 17,982\n\n\nIn the first quarter, Krispy Kreme spotlighted its most popular and most affordable Original Glazed doughnut to increasingly value-conscious consumers while also delivering buzzworthy Valentine’s and St. Patrick’s Day offerings.
