[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 3 April 2023\n \n \n \n Kore Potash Plc\n \n \n \n (\"Kore Potash\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n Issue of Equity\n \n \n \n Kore Potash plc advises that a total of\n 1,760,000\n new ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") have today been issued \n following the vesting of Performance Rights awarded under the Company's Short Term Incentive Plan.\n \n \n Application has been made for the admission of 1,760,000 New Ordinary Shares on AIM, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange with admission expected to take place on 6 April 2023.\n \n \n Following the issue of Performance Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of\n 3,421,937,120 Ordinary\n Shares.  No shares are held in treasury.
