(TSXV: KORE) (“\n \n\n KORE\n \n\n ” or the\n“\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ”)\n \n\n provides an update with respect to\nthe Management Cease Trade Order (the \"MCTO\") and Failure to\nfile cease trade order (the “FFCTO”) issued by the British\nColumbia Securities Commission (the “Commission”) on May 1, 2025\nand July 18, 2025, respectively.\n \n\n\n\n The Company confirms that August 1, 2025, it completed\nand filed its audited annual financial statement, management's\ndiscussion and analysis (the “MD&A”), and related CEO and CFO\ncertifications for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Annual\nFinancials”). On the same date, the Company also filed its interim\nfinancial statement, MD&A, and related CEO and CFO certifications\nfor three months ended March 31, 2025 (the “Interim\nFinancials”).\n \n\n\n\n As of result of the completion of these filings, the\nCommission revoked the MCTO and FFCTO on August 5, 2025.
