[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n1 September 2023\nKooth plc\n(\"Kooth\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nBlock listing application\n \nKooth announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 3,600,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the \"New Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
