The final payment of\n \n US$125,000\n \n was made paid in cash on\n \n May 12, 2023\n \n . The company has paid a total of\n \n US$3,290,000\n \n in staged payments (of which\n \n US$215,000\n \n was paid in common shares of the Company, see\n \n \n April 6, 2023\n \n , news release\n \n ) commencing\n \n November 2018\n \n to earn 100% ownership. The vendor retains a 2% royalty of which 1% can be purchased by the Company for\n \n $US750,000\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n James McDonald President\n \n and CEO states, \"We are very pleased to have earned our way into 100% ownership of the Columba property concessions. It is very exciting to be in the midst of what looks like the recognition of a brand new, high grade silver vein district in\n \n Mexico\n \n . Given there has been virtually no erosion of the silver bearing part of the system, the extent of the veins mapped to date and numerous wide and high grade hits across the property we certainly believe we have the potential for the discovery of in excess of 100 million ounces of silver.\"\n \n \n To date,\n \n 27,000m\n \n have been drilled at Columba beginning in 2019. The F Vein, where the old mine shaft is located, produces consistent silver across\n \n 700m\n \n of width and\n \n 200m\n \n of depth. Several other areas of interest have been identified and tested including the D Vein, B Vein, and JZ Area. As the geological team continues to map the property more potential silver vein systems are being discovered.
