The report, titled \"Technical Report for the Columba Silver Property\", was prepared by independent consultants Moose Mountain Technical Services and was authored by\n \n Sue Bird P.Eng\n \n ., with an effective date of\n \n March 17, 2023\n \n , and an issue date of\n \n July 28, 2023\n \n . The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (\"\n \n NI 43-101\n \n \") and is available under the Company's SEDAR profile and on the\n \n Kootenay website\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The report summarizes work done to date which entails just over 27,000 meters of drilling in 135 holes, detailed and regional geologic mapping and sampling over five principal veins and numerous subsidiary veins. The report recommends further drilling on the principal veins with both an increase of drill density to 50-meter spacing and exploratory drilling along undrilled and under drilled veins.
