Clark, General, US Army\n(retired) to its board of directors. General Clark will be an independent\ndirector.\n\n\nGeneral Clark served 38 years in the United States Army. His last\nmilitary position was NATO's Supreme Allied Commander and the\nCommander-in-Chief of the U.S. European Command. He now heads his own\nstrategic advisory and consulting firm, Wesley K. Clark & Associates and is\nactive in the energy, banking and business services field. He is a noted\nauthor and television commentator, a Senior Fellow at UCLA's Burkle Center and\nworks with numerous not-for-profit efforts, including the International Crisis\nGroup. He graduated first in his class from West Point and received a BA and\nMA as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, and numerous honorary degrees from other\ninstitutions. Among his awards are the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the\nSilver Star, Purple Heart and honorary knighthoods from the United Kingdom and\nthe Netherlands.\n\n\n"It is a privilege to have General Clark join our Board of Directors.
