(the "Company") (TSX: BKX) is pleased to announce\n that Mr. Martin Robert is joining the Company as Vice President of\n Engineering and Operations.  Mr. Robert has extensive managerial and\n operational experience in Canada, France, The Netherlands, Russia and\n Argentina.
