THE WOODLANDS, Texas, January 29, 2026--Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. (NYSE: KGS), ("Kodiak" or the "Company") today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.49 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2025 (the "Common Stock Dividend"). This Common Stock Dividend will be paid on February 20, 2026 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026.
