[{"type":"text","content":"Kodiak Copper shares assay results from three drill holes at the West Zone on the MPD Project\n \n \n (NewsDirect)\n \n \n \n \n Kodiak Copper CEO Claudia Tornquist joined\nSteve Darling from Proactive to share news about the company's\nlatest assay results from its fully funded drill program at the West\nZone on the MPD Project.\n \n \n Tornquist\nrevealed that the drilling at the West Zone has confirmed porphyry\nmineralization from surface over an impressive area of 300 meters by\n300 meters and extending to a depth of up to 819 meters. These results\ndemonstrate that the mineralization extends well below historic\ndrilling and remains open for further exploration.\n \n \n Furthermore, the company has made some\nsignificant discoveries during the drilling process. They have\nidentified a new zone of structurally hosted high-grade\ncopper-gold-silver mineralization to the east of the West Zone.\n \n \n Additionally, Kodiak Copper encountered\nmineralized hydrothermal breccia during the drill, a notable first for\nthe MPD project. The presence of copper-mineralised clasts in the\nbreccia suggests the potential for additional undrilled mineralization\nat deeper levels. The best drill hole reported was AXE-23-001, which\nintersected significant mineralization from the bedrock surface to 539\nmeters depth.\n \n \n The assay results for\nthis hole include 0.28% copper, 0.28 grams per tonne gold, and 0.83\ngrams per tonne silver over 158 meters, within a broader interval of\n0.18% copper, 0.20 grams per tonne gold, and 0.61 grams per tonne\nsilver over 533 meters.\n \n \n These assay results indicate the\npresence of substantial copper, gold, and silver mineralization in the\nWest Zone and further highlight the potential of the MPD Project.\nKodiak Copper's ongoing exploration efforts and discoveries\nsuggest promising prospects for the company's future growth and\ndevelopment in the mining sector.\n \n \n \n Contact\nDetails\n \n \n \n Proactive Canada\n \n \n +1 604-688-8158\n \n \n \n [email protected]\n \n \n \n Copyright (c) 2023 TheNewswire - All rights reserved.\n \n \n","length":2574,"tagName":"div"}]
