Bougouni Lithium Project – Operations Update

Kodal Minerals Plc has announced an operations update for its Bougouni Lithium Project, reporting the full receipt of US$27.25 million for its first spodumene concentrate shipment of 28,735 dry metric tonnes, which sold at US$989.50 per tonne CIF. A second shipment of 20,000 tonnes is currently being loaded, with an initial 95% payment expected. January 2026 production reached 9,141 DMT at a 5.26% Li₂O grade, with mining operations extracting 643,829 tonnes. The company also corrected its 2025 full-year production to 41,916 DMT at a 5.33% Li₂O grade and is planning for regular shipments of 15,000 to 20,000 DMT throughout 2026, with a third shipment anticipated in April.
