Kodal Minerals Plc has announced a board update, with Operations Director Steven Zaninovich reverting to a Non-executive Director role with immediate effect, though he will continue to advise the company and provide consultancy services related to the Bougouni Lithium Project. Mr Zaninovich will continue to be closely involved with the Project through his continued role as a director of the operating company, Kodal Mining UK Limited (\"KMUK\") (in which Kodal Minerals has a 49% interest).
