Lidstone, Jr. has joined its\nBoard of Directors, effective March 13, 2006. Mr. Lidstone shall receive a\ngrant of 50,000 options under the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan,\nexercisable at a price to be determined in accordance with the polices of the\nTSX Venture Exchange.\nAs an accomplished lawyer, Mr. Lidstone brings nearly 30 years of\nextensive corporate law experience to Kodiak. Mr. Lidstone practices in Denver\nand is currently with Burns, Figa & Will, P.C., where he emphasizes a practice\nin corporate/securities law, dealing frequently with mergers and acquisitions,\nfinance transactions, and private and public security offerings.\nMr. Lidstone currently serves on the Securities Board for the Department\nof Regulatory Agencies in Colorado. He has been Adjunct Professor of Law at\nthe University of Denver and has taught continuing education courses for the\nNational Business Institute. He has numerous legal publications and\npresentations to his credit. Mr. Lidstone received an A.B. degree from Cornell\nUniversity in 1971 and a J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of\nLaw in 1978. With the appointment, Kodiak now has five directors, three of\nwhich are outside directors.\nPresident and CEO of Kodiak, Lynn Peterson, said: \"We are delighted to\nwelcome Mr. Lidstone and his high level of business and legal acumen to\nKodiak's Board of Directors.
