(Amex: KOG; TSX Venture:\nKOG) today announced the closing of its public offering of 12,075,000 shares\nof common stock, which includes the exercise of the underwriters'\nover-allotment option to purchase 1,575,000 common shares. All shares were\nsold at the offering price of $4.15 per share, resulting in net proceeds to\nKodiak Oil & Gas Corp. of approximately $47 million, after underwriters'\ndiscounts and commissions.\n\n\nKeyBanc Capital Markets was the lead manager of the offering.
