[{"type":"text","content":"Klondike Silver Closes First Tranche\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vancouver,\n \n \n BC\n \n \n -\n \n \n TheNewswire -\n \n \n August 21, 2023 -\n \n \n Klondike Silver Corp.\n \n \n (the “Company”) (TSX.V:KS)\n \n Further to the June 6, 2023 and the July 20, 2023 news releases\nannouncing a non-brokered private placement and an extension, the\nexchange has granted a further extension to September 20, 2023  A\nfirst tranche is closing raising gross proceeds of $150,000 through\nthe issuance of 3,000,000 units (“Unit”) at a price of $0.05 per\nUnit.  Each Unit will consist of one common share and one share\npurchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable for a period of 3\nyears from the closing at a price of $0.05 per share.   All Units are\nsubject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.\n Commissions may be paid on a portion of the funds raised.
