[{"type":"text","content":"Klondike Silver Arranges Loans\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vancouver,\n \n \n BC - TheNewswire -\n \n \n February 22\n \n \n \n \n , 2023 -\n \n \n Klondike Silver Corp.\n \n \n (the “Company”)\n(TSXV:KS)\n \n has arranged loans with various non-related parties\n(the “\n \n Lenders\n \n ”), pursuant\nto which the Lenders have agreed to loan a total of Cdn$100,000 to the\nCompany. The loans bear interest at 10% and are repayable in one year.\n In consideration for the loans, the Company has also agreed to issue\n400,000 bonus common shares, at a deemed price of $0.05 per share.\n The shares are subject to a four month and one-day hold period, in\naccordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and\napplicable securities law.  Loan proceeds will be used for working\ncapital.
