(TSX.V:KG; FRA: LBDP) (“Klondike Gold” or the “Company”) announces that on December 20, 2016, Klondike Gold agreed to merge with Klondike Star Mineral Corporation (“Klondike Star”), a Delaware corporation with claims in the Klondike region of the Yukon.  The merger requires filing a Certificate of Merger with Delaware, and Klondike Gold will be the surviving company. \n\n \n\nKlondike Gold will own all of the claims of Klondike Star which include many of the same areas now under exploration by Klondike Gold.
