[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 11 May 2022\n \n \n \n KISTOS PLC\n \n \n \n (\"Kistos\" or \"Company\")\n \n \n \n Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n The board of directors of Kistos plc (AIM: KIST) announces that the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") of the Company will be held on 9 June 2022 at 11.00 a.m. as a virtual meeting.\n \n \n \n A notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy, has been sent to the shareholders of the Company (\"\n \n Shareholders\n \n \") today. The notice of AGM will also be shortly available for inspection on the Kistos website,\n \n \n https://kistosplc.com/investors/circulars/\n \n \n .\n \n \n All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted on a poll, which means that Shareholders should submit their forms of proxy as soon as possible.
