(the “Company” or “Kirkstone Metals”) (TSXV: KSM, FWB: VO0) is pleased to announce that on April 13, 2026, it entered into a corporate communications services agreement (the “Services Agreement”) with Bai Media Group Ltd. (“Bai”), operating the media platform AktieGo, a pan-European marketing agency, to support investor awareness and enhance its brand visibility. Bai’s address is First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, W8 4LZ, United Kingdom, and its email address is [email protected].\n\n\n\n\n\nUnder the Services Agreement, Bai will provide digital marketing and investor awareness services focused on expanding investor outreach, increasing brand recognition, and strengthening its public profile. The engagement is for an initial 4-month term (the “Initial Term”). If agreed to by the parties, the Services Agreement may be renewed upon completion of the Initial Term, for a monthly fee of 12,000 Euro. The cost of the services provided during the Initial Term is 130,000 Euro, such payment shall be made by the Company in advance of the Initial Term, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approval.
