(TSXV:\nKSM) (FWB: VO0) (the\n“Company”) announces that it has entered into a marketing services\nagreement with Capitaliz Marketing Inc. (“Capitaliz”) to\nprovide investor awareness and digital marketing services in\naccordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the\n“TSXV”).\n\n\nPursuant to the agreement, Capitaliz will assist the\nCompany with investor awareness initiatives, which may include digital\nadvertising, content development, and coordination with third-party\npublishers and content creators. The services are intended to increase\ngeneral awareness of the Company and its activities among the\ninvesting public.\n\n\nThe agreement has an initial term of three months\ncommencing March 06, 2026, and may\ncontinue on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless terminated by\neither party on thirty (30) days’ written notice. The Company has\nagreed to a total campaign budget of $150,000, payable in cash, which will be applied to services\nperformed and third-party costs incurred in connection with the\nprogram. No equity-based compensation, success fees, or\nperformance-based compensation will be paid to Capitaliz.\n\n\nThe Company will maintain control, direction,\noversight, and knowledge of all promotional activities conducted on\nits behalf. All activities will be conducted in compliance with\napplicable securities laws and TSXV policies.
