The “JR” uranium zone represents the newest, basement hosted\nuranium deposit in the Athabasca, similar to the Triple R uranium\ndeposit owned by Fission Uranium Corp.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Airborne and ground electro-magnetic (“EM”)\ngeophysical surveys are an effective exploration tool for discovering\nbasement hosted uranium mineralization, in association with graphitic\nstructures and clay alteration. The F3 discovery of the JR Zone in\nhole PLN22-035 resulted from follow-up drilling on the “A1”\nconductor.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company’s CLR project is approximately 15\nkilometres North-Northwest of the F3 JR Discovery Zone but is adjacent\nto F3’s\n \n \n North Conductor\nComplex\n \n \n . These conductors as indicated on the F3\nwebsite, trend South-Southeast and extend onto the Company’s CLR\nproperty. Drilling one hole (\n \n \n PLN22-29\n \n \n ) on the North Conductor Complex by F3\n(Press Release November 28, 2022) returned the following:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n “Drill hole PLN22-029, which was\nthe first test of the N conductor complex in the northeast part of the\nproperty, intersected highly elevated boron values over a 70 m\ninterval within Athabasca sandstone averaging 1,051 parts per million\...
