During the last\nyear, Tumi has maintained its objective of being a premier silver explorer\nthat will culminate in a number of drill programs this year on prospective\ntargets in both countries.\n\n\nMEXICO\n\n\nIn Mexico, the Company has the 100% rights to nine (9) properties located\nin the Mexican states of Jalisco and Sonora and covering approximately 114,370\nhectares. There are four (4) high priority projects which will be the focus of\nour Mexican exploration program in 2007, the four projects and the proposed\nactivities for 2007 are as follows:\n\n\nLa Trini: In September 2005, the Company announced the results of an\ninitial 15 hole reverse circulation drill program focused on the central 200m\nstrike length of a rhyolite porphyry host. Fourteen of the drill holes\nintersected mineralization with a best result of 18.3m at a grade of 150 g/t\nsilver and 3.1 g/t gold. Within the area of 200m by 100m, the holes\nintersected silver/gold mineralization over an average 14m thickness and the\nmineralization remains open both along strike and down-dip.\n\n\nThe results of the geochemical survey in 2006 demonstrated that the zone\ncontinues to the west with coincident and strongly anomalous copper and\narsenic and moderately anomalous silver, barium and zinc in soils directly\nabove the sub-cropping rhyolite unit. This expands the zone of interest of the\nmineralized rhyolite unit to in excess of 1.5 km. Platforms for up to 24 drill\nsites have also been constructed to further define the known resource at the\nmain La Trini area and to test the western and eastern extensions to the\nmineralization. This reverse circulation drill program will commence early\nthis year.\n\n\nPhoenix: At Phoenix in Sonora, grid geochemistry has defined four\ndistinct anomalous horizons that strike for at least 1.75 kms. The anomalies\noverlie gold/silver bearing stock-work mineralization and an initial drill\nprogram will be undertaken upon the completion of the Trini program.\n\n\nBatamote: This p...
