Tumi Resources Limited - Surface and Underground Channel Sampling Completed at the La Trini Silver-Gold Prospect, Jalisco, Mexico

VANCOUVER, May 2 /CNW/ - Tumi Resources Limited (TSXv-TM; OTCBB - TUMIF;
Frankfurt - TUY). Mr. David Henstridge, President, is pleased to announce the
completion of the surface and underground channel sampling at the La Trini
silver-gold prospect, Jalisco, Mexico.
A total of 89 surface samples were taken from 23 sites along 340 metres
of strike length of the mineralized zone. The samples ranged from 1.1 m to 3.8
m, but most were 3 m in length.
Two adits, about 40 m vertically apart, were reconditioned, and 110
channel samples were taken. Samples ranged from 1.05 m to 2.6 m but most
samples were 2 m wide. Mineralization consists of disseminated pyrite and
argentite in a wide stockwork zone which dips gently to the north within
felsic volcanics.
All samples have been submitted for gold and silver assays.
