[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nKINGFISHER PLC\n \nDIRECTORATE CHANGE\n \n21 March 2025\n \nKingfisher plc ('Kingfisher' or the 'Company') today announces that, Lucinda Riches will succeed Catherine Bradley as Senior Independent Director at the conclusion of the 2025 AGM on 23 June 2025. Lucinda was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Kingfisher in January 2025 and to succeed Rakhi Goss-Custard as Remuneration Committee Chair at the conclusion of the 2025 AGM. Lucinda is currently the independent non-executive chair of Greencoat UK Wind plc and Peel Hunt Limited. She is also a non-executive director of Ashtead Group plc, where she chairs the remuneration committee.
