The concurrent private placement of C$6.03 million provides the Company with a strong balance sheet to advance its exploration efforts for the foreseeable future.Dustin Perry, CEO of KFR said, \"We are very pleased to close the qualifying transaction with Seashore and the concurrent private placement.
